Fruitice is a refreshing mobile app concept for an ice cream brand that specializes in real fruit-based frozen treats. The app is designed to make exploring, and enjoying healthy ice cream fun, fast, and flavorful.
With a vibrant and playful interface, Fruitice allows users to browse fruity flavors, customize orders, locate nearby outlets, and access exclusive offers. The goal is to deliver a delightful digital experience that matches the brand’s fresh and fun identity.
Problem
- Difficulty in Finding Stock Availability:
Users struggle to check which flavors are in stock or out of stock in real-time. - Store Location Challenges:
Customers find it hard to locate nearby retail stores selling Fruitice products. - Shop Open/Closed Status:
Users face inconvenience when stores are closed unexpectedly or their operating hours are unclear. - Loyalty & Rewards Program Management:
Users may find it difficult to track and redeem their earned rewards efficiently. - New Flavor Updates:
Customers may miss out on newly launched or limited-edition flavors due to a lack of notifications.
Solution
- Implement a live stock tracking system that updates availability in real time, allowing users to check inventory before visiting stores or placing an order.
- Integrate an interactive store locator with GPS navigation to help users find the nearest Fruitice outlets with directions and estimated travel time.
- Display real-time store status updates, including open/closed hours, holidays, and peak times, with notifications when a favorite store is about to close.
- Introduce a digital loyalty program that tracks points, provides personalized discounts, and offers automatic redemption suggestions at checkout
- Send push notifications and in-app banners highlighting new flavors, seasonal specials, and limited-time offers.
